Yes, you can install NetSecL on usb stick there should be no problem with that.

Yes, you can write on the usb - it's like having a normal external harddrive.

Yes the firewall is there by default - there is a firewall script (netsecl-firewall).
Antivirus - Clamav&Klamav;

Yes, there should be no problem with that. You will have to configure your sound settings if you want to talk via your microphone.
